I was looking for a cheap hosting service that provided plenty of "traffic" quota. In addition to its being totally free (and without ads or banners), 000webhost provides one of the best Control Panels; my web site has never been down so far, 1000 MB traffic a month is more that I can ask for, and they really do whatever they promise to.

The best thing anyoen and EVERYONE can do is file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have had all of these problems with HostOnce and more, but ultimately, resolution will only come if complaints are filed accordingly.
