Apollo Hosting

I have been hosted with Apollo Hosting for many years. Rather than talk about what they were doing 5 years ago, I'll just say that in the past year or so they have gone downhill fast. Online Chat Tech Support is worthless because of the wait time. They used to respond quickly. But the biggest problem is with my server. It is hopelessly overloaded. Outgoing and Incomming mail may take 2 or more hours to show up. Website access is slow and sometimes the pages will time out before loading. I pay good money for the ECommerce plan and I am not getting anything near quality service. I wouldn't be surprised if they are thinking about going out of business. I cannot explain the downhill spiral of a company that used to provide good service.

I used to really, really like this company. I had several sites hosted with them. But lately, the past 6 months of 007, I've become increasingly frustrated, annoyed, and am in the process of moving away from Apollohosting. The tech suppot is now bad. Everyday there is something wrong with there servers. And, they've OVER BILLED me for about $1,000.00, which has still NOT been resolved. I'm reccomending all my clients move as well.

We have been using ApolloHosting since 2002 for our corporate website. While there have been minor issues, I can say that we have never had a major issue or downtime. Recently, we migrated to ASP with no problems thanks to thier sales and support team. Tech support is limited, and they almost seem overworked. It can take a very long time to get issues resolved.
