They have nice 1-click installers and also free features for running any web site efficiently.

One of the best things from is really fast and very professional guaranteed 24/7 support, within one hour, guaranteed - We have never wait for more that 10 minutes for a response. This is true!

There are still some quirks, the uptime is good, but there are still a lot of hiccups compared to the dedicated service. Their customer service is outstanding...every time I have ever ran into any issues whatsoever, whether it's been issues with my account when I've been past due, and they have been lenient with payments and kept my services on. If I've had technical issues, they have resolved them very promptly.

Can say Jumpline are a little pricey but you their service is well worth the cost.

That's pretty good up time! There is always a very intelligent person on the other end of live chat who takes care of your needs immediately. Sites are always up and run as fast. Moreover, I was impressed by their Online Backup Services. 5 out of 5 stars.

I've been with jumpline for over a year now and have never been so blown away by the support from a hosting company as I have been with these fine people. Their uptime is very good. They have adjusted their pricing plans over time to keep them competitive and currently are extremely competitive in their pricing.

Jumpline acquired 100megswebhosting, which I had been a happy customer of. Now, my set of websites has been down for 12 hours and counting, and I can only submit tech support requests through their website. This is horrible service! I'll be gone as soon as I can back up the latest db/mail from them.
