I've used PolurNet for 2 years after becoming a RegisterFly refugee. Their service is exceptional and uptime is excellent. Pricing isn't the cheapest and I wish they'd provide more storage, but their reliability and quick response is well worth the $1-2 per month.

Support???? - Live Chat is useless. Even if you get someone to answer you I guarantee that they will suggest you submit a support ticket (so what is the point of the chat?). Billing interface is a joke. I consider myself to be a halfway intelligent human being but their billing interface is way beyond me. They suspended my site yet I have not received a bill in 4 months. I have been making online purchases for 6 years now...I've never seen anything like their billing interface. Website space? Their storage space is a little lacking compared to other hosts. If you have an all text site by all means this is for you but once you start adding media to your site, you had better keep an eye on your disk space. Overall - I am not impressed one bit. I am currently looking for a new web hosting provider.
