Support is available 24 hours per day either by phone, trouble ticket, or email. Custom tech and admin support (for example, installing custom scripts) is available for an extra fee. CalPOP has been profitable since day one and was incorporated in 2002. The network was built up one server and one client at a time.

These guys are inept and unethical and I would reccomend ANYONE else on these pages before them! They recently held my servers for ransome as i was removing them on the last day of my already fully paid month! They made me pay for an additional month of service (to carry my servers out) even though I was leaving! They then decided that I had to prepay for the next month that I wouldn't be there and that, I should probably pay overage on my bandwidth for the upcoming month as well after I'd already taken down my servers to leave!!! Nothing like a smooth departure when you choose to leave; and being smart enough to not burn bridges! As my old wrestling coach used to say "No Brains; No Headaches!" (He must have hosted at CALPOP at some point)
