I bought a Master Reseller Hosting and paid it. Installation was done immediately, but when I checked WHM and CPanel, I saw that Master Reseller CP was not working. I opened a support ticket, waited for 11 hours, then replied to that ticket, still no answer. Then I tried to chat, but chat was not working, so I sent an e-mail to sales dept via chat. 16 hours passed, still no reply. Now, I applied to cancel my account and make a refund. I will see how late they are in cancellation and refunding, too.

Well i'm hosting a VPS on latehosting and im so disappoint from their support and from the server.

Their support is the worst support i ever seen (I've passed many companies).

When i say "worst" i have a meaning to:

A, getting respond to support tickets after three days or even more.

B, no Supervision to the host, i mean if their host will crash they don't know about it or they aren't doing anything about it.

In summary - cheap=cost more.

I don't think ill keep with them next month or in the future..

Well, after few months with them i can say servers are great, and very reliable.

Just tonight i experienced small downtime, and they respones for tehnical support was instant :) but this cant be said for sales and billing....

i would recommend them to others any day and say just be patient with billing and sales, while tehnical support, the one that realy counts for now they showed to be more then fast - instant... you can read my longer previous review here

Latehosting provides great hosting services and more. I purchased domains and hosting through their website.

Have absolutely no issues. Support tickets are responded to very quickly and the support team is VERY helpful! They helped me with setup and offer responsive ongoing support.

I would definitely recommend this host to anyone looking.

Server just dies. Informed support, they say "working on it, should be up soon". 10 hours later and no follow up emails.

When i post any content or post on my site. Then after 30 minuters server/host is down at my house only from sunday again and again. After that sort of issues i check my sites 4-5 at my friend house they are work properly, then immediately check at my home my sites not working. Please help mw to resolve this error even cpanel page isn't open. Please help me!

Awfult serviced I hatethem they don't provide good services. I would not recommend.

Been with latehosting for 3 months (VPS) and they good at the start now their support seem to be non exsistant for being a UK based business and i am in the UK, then never answer tickets quickly (average 7 hrs). today i noticed my main site etc was not up i sent ticket at 19/04/2012 09:38 now its 19/04/2012 15:00 and no reply

I started reseller web hosting at JagPC, and at first everything was ok, but then after just few days first MySQL started to act up, it was always some other account that was blocking MySql and evertyhing was slowing down. It was not acceptable for Startup like me. After talking to them, they offered and moved to another server (with more free resources) and this was done quick... There the same thing started happening and it was slow ... slow...

So i was reading on WHT and here to find new provider and i decided i would go VPS route.. I found BDAY coupone for 50% off for life on latehosting.com so i decided to give it a try. I did not find bad review anywhere except that some wore saying that support is sometimes litle slow. Well i can say for non critical things they wore slow, but when it came to the real deal, if something unaceptable happend, they wore right on it. I cant tell what a good change it was, ping was lower (well its in EU so it has to be), respons of the server was great (but this is VPS and on jagPC was Reseller package so there is no comparing) but everything was great, then first and only problem came.

IP addresses wore not whitelisted (nor blacklisted) on TrendMicro mail abuse site and our national internet provider was blocking all mails to theyr servers. I contacted latehosting, and in less then a day TrendMicro (http://www.mail-abuse.com) removed my ip addreses and there was no problem since then.

I did not take VPS on JagPC cose i did not want to happen again so i change provider and i can say i'm Happy.

After reading more on WHT and the net i decided to take on one more VPS for cluster DNS, and after looking for some cheap VPS at another provider i decided to ask latehosting for one CustomVPS for this purpose.. I negotiated very nice and very love price that i would probably pay somwhere else for one or two months .. here i get for a YEAR :) and for very low fee they installed cPanel DNSOnly, did the setup, made clusteDNS and everything needed for this to work - 10 EURO one time fee :) . I think this is a bargain.

And i can tell you i did ask them a "zilion" questions :) and they answered all of them. If there is something that you want and dont have a price on web site, just ask, and they will make you an offer.

By default, you server is on Raid disk only, but for very very low fee (other would charge that per week i think) i get backup space the size of my vps :) 100 GB... Just ask them :) they are very...

I did take they offer for managed VPS and i think its probably one of the most acceptable ofer on the market.

So, would i recommend latehosting - I WOULD... this is my second month with them and 100% UP TIME of the server :)

Just be prepared to wait a little bit some times for noncritical ticket... For critical i can say they are very very fast in responding...

Stay away from them. I have a reseller account in LateHosting, one of my sites have an e-commerce shop. And the New Year is coming, I made a bulk mailing to our previous customers and retailers through another domain and server. I mean I didn't use their server for mailing. They closed down my website without a warning, when I looked at WHM, I saw that my website was closed down because of spamming :)

I opened 3 support tickets, sent e-mail to them, more than 8 hours passed and still no reply.

Don't trust them, they are really Late as well as their names.

Really reliable host, never even needed any kind of a support.

Best features at really low prices.
