Happy using their web hosting service. Their control panel is simple and clear and works just fine. Jumpline offer a choice of the most common hosting control panels and even installs them for you. I chose a free one, it's well-organized and user-friendly and easy to navigate.

I like Jumpline customer support service, it is professional in all the ways. They stayed with me till my setup was complete and went out of their way with phone support even as their shift was ending this morning to make sure I was able to access my files. I have no downtime and speed connectivity is ok, my pages load very fast. Everyone should try them out!

Good service. I use the site to run my business and check email on it everyday, and Jumpline network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there, but for about half the price. Shell access and access to standard web tools is great. Customer support work 24/7 and they are very helpful.

Jumpline support tech, John, was extremely helpful in moving my new website setup from a subdirectory to the main domain name. I couldn't have done it without him, his replies were quick and the instructions were easy to follow, which made it possible for even a non-techie like me to do.

Pricing is superb - I am happy with this host.

I've been with jumpline for over a year now and have never been so blown away by the support from a hosting company as I have been with these fine people. Their uptime is very good. They have adjusted their pricing plans over time to keep them competitive and currently are extremely competitive in their pricing.

Jumpline acquired 100megswebhosting, which I had been a happy customer of. Now, my set of websites has been down for 12 hours and counting, and I can only submit tech support requests through their website. This is horrible service! I'll be gone as soon as I can back up the latest db/mail from them.
